Delivery time of orders by destination:
Mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery is made within 48 working hours after dispatch.
Madeira Island, between 48h and 96h working hours after the shipment.
Azores Islands, between 48h and 96h after the shipment.
Shipping Fees by destination are:
Mainland Portugal: Free Shipping
Madeira and Azores: 15 €
Mainland Spain: 8 €

- 1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with respect to the ordered items. The return may be made within 14 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 5 working days. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
- 2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within __ calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs provided that the products:
- Have not been used.
- Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).
- Be complete
- Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.
- 3. EXCHANGE BY SIZE OR BY OTHER ARTICLES
To exchange one article for another, please follow the steps below.
- HOW TO PROCEED:
- STEP 1: CONTACT US
- Contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicate the reference of your purchase and the items you want to exchange.
- STEP 2: PUT THE ARTICLE IN THE BOX AND SHIP IT
- You can use the original packaging in which you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return. - Close the box and seal it with tape. - Send the order to our address.
- STEP 3: REFUNDS
After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used for the purchase.
