Deliveries and Returns

  • DELIVERIES

    Delivery time for orders by destination:

    Mainland Portugal and Spain: delivery is made within 48 working hours after shipment.
    Madeira Island: between 48 and 96 working hours after shippment.
    Açores Island: between 48 and 96 working hours after shippment.

    Shipping by destination are:

    Mainland Portugal: 6,50€
    Madeira and Açores Islands: 15€
    Mainland Spain: 8€

  • RETURNS
  • 1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the supplied products have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the ordered items. The return can be made within 14 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and respective identification label. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 5 working days. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as justifying the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

  • 2. RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL

    The customer may, if not satisfied with the products provided, return them within 14 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:

    – Have not been used.
    – Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).
    – Are completed.
    – Haven't been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

  • 3. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR OTHER ITEMS

    To exchange one item for another, please follow the steps below.

  • HOW TO PROCEED:
  • 1st STEP: CONTACT US

    – Get in touch with us through the e-mail shop@bysurbanstyle.pt, tell us the reference of your purchase and the items you want to exchange.

  • 2nd STEP: PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX AND SHIP IT

    – You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return.
    – Close the box and seal it with tape.
    – Send the order to our address.

  • 3rd STEP: REFUND

    After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if any). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
